Cell biologist New Technology Development (f/m)


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new methods, instruments and technologies for function-centered identification and isolation of antibodies.

Key accountabilities include:

Preparation of reports and scientific presentations, staff training and overseeing, preparation of standard operation procedure protocols.

Required Qualification:

MSc or PhD in Cell or Molecular Biology, Biochemistry

Essential skills:
Strong knowledge in cell biology and profound experience in developing cell-based assays. Extensive hands-on experience with flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy systems. Strong knowledge of chemical fluorescent dyes and/or fluorescent gene-encoded probes.

Asset skills:
Hands-on experience working with fluorescent proteins in mammalian expression system, full proficiency in designing and cloning of fluorescent gene-encoded probes Knowledge of mammalian ion channels and cell surface receptors biology. Electrophysiology experience. Image analysis, advanced data analysis, experience working with microfluidics and mammalian cells in emulsions. Immunoglobulins knowledge.

Highly self-motivated and able to work under time pressure in a commercial company environment.
