AbCheck, the human antibody discovery specialist utilises three synergistic platforms for the discovery and generation of antibodies. Proprietary Phage Display libraries and the Yeast Display technology combine into the unique AbSieve technology for the delivery of drugable antibodies within highly efficient timelines. Importantly, we are able to perform the screening process in virtually all antibody formats, including full lengths IgGs or novel bi-specific antibody formats. Our services range from antibody discovery to lead optimization.
AbCheck's highly validated proprietary Phage Display libraries ensure the fast and reliable discovery of highly specific high affinity human antibodies for virtually every possible target protein. The three different proprietary libraries have a combined diversity of 1010 human antibodies. To date, the Company's track record includes more than 25 successful antibody discovery projects.
The Yeast Display technology can be used in conjunction with all antibody formats and allows the selection of drug candidates with high affinities and improved drugability from a huge number of variants. This technology offers selection in the most relevant format including full-length IgGs, customer specific and novel antibody formats.
AbCheck is able to offer attractive tailored deal structures and with no royalty obligations.

Dr. Lang has 16 years experience in the biotechnology sector; comprising basic research, industry R&D, business development and licensing, commercial operations, and management. He combines a background as scientist and project manager with extensive experience in the commercialization of biotechnology products. Dr. Lang has also gained considerable CMC/Production experience in his previous positions. Prior to joining AbCheck, Dr. Lang was Chief Business Officer & Alliance Manager with Heidelberg-based Affimed Therapeutics AG. Prior to this he worked for Scil Technology GmbH where he served as Vice President for Corporate Development.

Dr. Molkenthin has many years of experience in phage display and antibody selection. Prior to joining AbCheck, she was Head of Antibody Discovery at Affimed Therapeutics AG. Vera earned her PhD in biology at the University of Mainz. The main focus of her work was the construction of a phage display library and the selection of stabilizing mutations. As Head of Screening at Affimed, Vera was responsible for the generation of highly diverse antibody libraries as well as the design and execution of the most appropriate selection procedure for a given target.
